These are the easy steps to change your account from free member to Premium account. You may follow all these steps:

Go to https://www.premium-themes.co/my-account/fan-page/
There are two plans. You can choose any one plan.
After clicking on one option. You will navigate to https://www.premium-themes.co/checkout/. Here fill all your mandatory fields.
Click on Proceed to PayPal button. Then your account will be upgraded to Paid member
